Pastor Paul
It is an honor and privilege to serve at Bethel as the Senior Pastor. The Lord has blessed me with 29 years of ministry. Under conservative Christian parents, I grew up with very strict Christian boarding school discipline. During my childhood, mistakes were not tolerated and expectations were high, so it drove me to teen rebellion, but Jesus saved me in 1979. When the Lord forgives sins, He does remove our sins as far as the East is from the West. I was not prepared to enter fulltime ministry but my dad’s death in 1981 changed everything. After serving in the Indian regiment of British forces during WWII, my Dad became a missionary teacher with Danish missionaries in a remote place of South India. Both my parents’ dedication as they gave up other prospects in life to go as missionary teachers touched me. My Dad also impacted my life by his simplicity. As I get older I begin to realize the faithfulness of the Lord in spite of human unfaithfulness.
